FEE SCHEDULE #27, SEPTEMBER 1, 2004

1.    Effective Period: September 1, 2004 until superseded

 

2.    Membership Purchase Price Description:

 

All members must purchase a General Membership. Additional private agreements and arrangements may apply depending upon the specific area. See our Prospective Member Information Brochure and the General Manager for complete information. 

 

·      General Membership Purchase Price:                                                     $10,000.00

 

 

·      Special Additional Membership Purchase Price                                      $1,100.00

 

The following properties (identified by Tax Parcel Number) pay a Special Additional Purchase Price in addition to the General Membership Purchase shown above (Bold means that the property currently has a membership):

4.    Additional Special Use Annual Fees and Rates:

 

In addition to the membership annual fee shown above, the following uses pay the indicated special fees or operate under the noted conditions.

 

A. Doe Bay Resort: Four memberships assigned to TPN 1602-13009 representing the aggregate properties identified in the agreement at the DBWUA office:

(1)  Maximum use of 800 gallons per day/membership allowed

 

B.  General Commercial Operations: Where allowed, special rates

will be determined based upon the type and extent of use:

Doe Bay Resorts and Spring Bay Inn pay 2.5 X the regular annual fee. In addition, the surcharges identified in Line 8 are applied on a year-round basis.

 

C.   Swimming Pools, Ponds, Hot Tubs, etc. Where allowed, special

rates will be determined based upon the type and extent of use.

 

 

5.    Membership Transfer Charge:

A.   General Membership: (no charge for membership transfers        $50.00

resulting from death or dissolution of marriage)

 

6.    Fee for non-notification of address or membership change                      $10.00

 

7.   For late payments (see discontinuance policy)                                        $15.00

 

8.   Summer surcharge schedule for consumption during May, June, July, August for

      each single membership on a TPN:

            0 to   6,000 gallons/month      included in annual fee

     6,001 to   9,000 gallons/month      $  3/1,000 gallons

     9,001 to 12,000 gallons/month      $  8/1,000 gallons

     over       12,000 gallons month       $15/1,000 gallons                                                                   

9.   Service Connection Kit: Price varies according to configuration.
